Tetsuya Yamamoto, Ph.D.
CEO / CTO at INVITRO LLC | Wearable Computing & Human–Computer Interaction
I'm a Ph.D. engineer specializing in wearable computing and human-computer interaction (HCI), currently serving as CEO/CTO of INVITRO LLC, a company focused on UI/UX design and digital innovation. I work closely with startups and universities to drive forward-thinking projects involving R&D, IT strategy, interface design, and UX consulting. My passion lies in exploring how technology can seamlessly integrate with human cognition and social systems to create meaningful experiences.
I earned my doctorate at the Tsukamoto-Terada Lab, Graduate School of Science and Technology, Kobe University. My professional journey includes experience at Fujitsu (2004–2006), selection as an IPA Mitou Program Creator in 2010 (under PM Hiroshi Ishiguro), and participation in Ars Electronica 2011. In 2016, I worked as a researcher at the University of Tokyo.

ウェアラブルコンピューティングおよびヒューマンコンピュータインタラクション(HCI)を専門とする博士(工学)。現在、UI/UXデザイン企業である INVITRO LLC.のCEO/CTO。三久商事株式会社代表。スタートアップや大学と協力し、研究開発、IT戦略、UIデザイン、UXコンサルティングなどを中心に活動し、ウェアラブルコンピューティングやHCI分野でのイノベーションに取り組んでいます。
神戸大学大学院自然科学研究科 電子情報科学専攻 塚本寺田研究室にて博士(工学)を取得。富士通株式会社(2004〜2006年)での勤務を経て、2010年度IPA未踏クリエータ(石黒浩PM)、ars electronica 2011への参加など、多様なプロジェクトに携わりました。2016年には東京大学の研究員を務めています。
INVITRO LLC. では、人間の認知システム・社会組織・コンピュータのインターフェースをデザインし、サービスをエコシステムとして実現すること、そしてスマートなテクノロジーの活用によって人や組織の能力を拡張することをミッションとし、価値創造に注力しています。
